1. เปิดจำหน่ายสินค้าในวันที่ 4 เมษายน 2568 (12:00 PM l GMT+7) เป็นต้นไป ที่ช่องทาง www.waawbkk.com
2. การสั่งซื้อสินค้าบนเว็บไซต์ สามารถซื้อสินค้าได้ครั้งละ 5 ชิ้น / คำสั่งซื้อ (ราคายังไม่รวมค่าขนส่งสินค้า)
3. หากต้องการสั่งซื้อเพิ่ม สามารถทำการล็อกอินเข้ามาสั่งซื้อใหม่ได้โดยไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง
4. เมื่อท่านชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว คำสั่งชื้อสินค้าไม่สามารถยกเลิก, แลก ,เปลี่ยน , แก้ไขที่อยู่จัดส่ง หรือคืนเงินได้
5. กรุณาชำระเงินภายในเวลา 20 นาที หากเกินเวลาที่กำหนดระบบจะยกเลิกทุกกรณี
6. สินค้าเริ่มจัดส่งตั้งแต่วันที่ 7 เมษายน 2568 เป็นต้นไป เริ่มจัดส่งตั้งแต่วันที่สั่งซื้อภายใน 2-7 วันทำการ
Terms & Conditions for Purchasing Starseed
1. Products will be sale on 4 April 2025 , (12:00 PM l GMT+7) onwards, at www.waawbkk.com
2. Each purchase on the website is limited to 5 items per order (Shipping costs are not included).
3. If you would like to place an additional order, you may log in and place a new order without any limitations on the number of times.
4. Once payment is completed, orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, modified the shipping address, or refunded.
5. Please make the payment within 20 minutes; otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
6. We’ll start delivery on 7 April 2025 onwards. Shipping starts from the date purchase within 2-7 business days.
Starseed (线上) 购买须知 （第二轮）
1. 商品将于 2025 年 4 月4日 起在 www.waawbkk.com 发售。
2. 每笔订单最多可购买 5 件商品（价格不含运费）。
3. 如需购买更多商品，可重新登录账号下单，不限购买次数。
4. 订单支付完成后，不可取消、退换、修改收货地址或退款。
5. 请在 20 分钟内完成支付，否则系统将自动取消订单，逾时无效。
6. 商品 预计自 2025 年 4月07 日起陆续发货。发货从购买之日起 2-7 个工作日内开始。

– ระยะเวลาการรับประกัน 1 เดือนนับจากวันที่ซื้อสินค้า หรือวันที่ได้รับสินค้า (กรณีการสั่งซื้อผ่านทางออนไลน์)
– โปรดแสดงหลักฐานคลิปวิดีโอที่แสดงความเสียหายของสินค้า หนังสือรับประกันและใบเสร็จการสั่งซื้อ ในกรณีต้องการเคลมสินค้า (หากสั่งซื้อผ่านทางออนไลน์โปรดแสดงหลักฐานการซื้อสินค้า)
– การขัดข้องหรือความเสียหายจากความประมาทของผู้ซื้อจะไม่ได้รับการรับประกัน
– ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดตามความเหมาะสมของสถานการณ์ และการตัดสินใจของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

Terms & Conditions for claiming products Starseed
– The warranty period is 1 month from the date of purchase or the date of received the product (online orders).
– Please show evidence of a video clip showing the damage of the product, the warranty letter, and the purchase receipt in case of a product claim (in the case of online orders, please show proof of purchase).
– Malfunctions or damages caused by the negligence of the buyer will not be covered by the warranty.
– The company reserves the right to change the details as appropriate to the situation, and the company’s decision is final.
***Please take a video while unpacking the product as evidence for potential product claims.
Video = Evidence. (clearly showing the condition of the box and product without interruption).
However, if there is no evidence, we kindly request your understanding that we cannot process the product claim.
Starseed – 商品保修政策
• 保修期：自购买日期或收到商品之日起 1 个月（适用于线上订单）。
• 申请退换货所需材料：
• 产品损坏的视频证据。
• 保修卡和购买发票（如为线上订单，须提供购买凭证）。
• 因买家个人疏忽导致的损坏或故障，不在保修范围内。
• 公司保留根据实际情况调整相关规定的权利，最终决定权归公司所有。
