1. เปิด Pre-Order สินค้าในวันที่ 8 มีนาคม 2568 (12:00 PM l GMT+7) – 12 มีนาคม 2568 (11:59 PM l GMT+7) ที่ช่องทาง www.waawbkk.com
2. การสั่งซื้อสินค้าบนเว็บไซต์ สามารถซื้อสินค้าได้ครั้งละ 5 ชิ้น / คำสั่งซื้อ (ราคายังไม่รวมค่าขนส่งสินค้า)
3. หากต้องการสั่งซื้อเพิ่มสามารถทำการล็อกอินเข้ามาสั่งซื้อใหม่ได้โดยไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง
4. เมื่อท่านชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว คำสั่งซื้อสินค้าไม่สามารถยกเลิก ,แลก ,เปลี่ยน ,แก้ไขที่อยู่จัดส่ง หรือคืนเงินได้
5. กรุณาชำระเงินภายในเวลา 20 นาที หากเกินเวลาที่กำหนดระบบจะยกเลิกทุกกรณี
6. เริ่มจัดส่งสินค้าตั้งแต่วันที่ 30 พฤษภาคม 2568 เป็นต้นไป เริ่มจัดส่งตั้งแต่วันที่แจ้งเริ่มจัดส่งภายใน 2-7 วันทำการ
Pre-Order Conditions for the MY PLEASURE COLLECTION (Unlimited)
1. Pre-Order opens from March 8 (12:00 PM l GMT+7) to March 12, 2025 (11:59 PM l GMT+7) , through the website www.waawbkk.com (Unlimited quantities available).
2. Each order placed on the website can include up to 5 items (Shipping costs are not included).
3. If you would like to place an additional order, you may log in and place a new order without any limitations on the number of times.
4. Once payment is completed, orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, modified the shipping address, or refunded.
5. Please make the payment within 20 minutes; otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
6. Shipping will begin in May 30,2025 onwards. Shipping will start from the date available of shipping start within 2-7 business days.
MY PLEASURE COLLECTION (Unlimited) 预购条件

2. 在官网下单，每笔订单最多可购买 5 件商品（不含运费）。
3. 如需追加订单，可重新登录并不限购买次数。
4. 订单付款成功后，不可取消、兑换、修改收货地址或退款。
5. 请在 20 分钟内完成付款，超时订单将被自动取消，无法恢复。
6. 产品交付将于2025年5月30月起开始。 发货将从准备发货之日起 2-7 个工作日内开始。

– โปรดแสดงหลักฐานคลิปวิดีโอที่แสดงความเสียหายของสินค้า หนังสือรับประกันและใบเสร็จการสั่งซื้อ ในกรณีต้องการเคลมสินค้า (หากสั่งซื้อผ่านทางออนไลน์โปรดแสดงหลักฐานการซื้อสินค้า)
– การขัดข้องหรือความเสียหายจากความประมาทของผู้ซื้อจะไม่ได้รับการรับประกัน
– ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดตามความเหมาะสมของสถานการณ์ และการตัดสินใจของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

Terms & Conditions for claiming products MY PLEASURE COLLECTION
– The warranty period is 1 month from the date of purchase or the date of received the product (online orders).
– Please show evidence of a video clip showing the damage of the product, the warranty letter, and the purchase receipt in case of a product claim (in the case of online orders, please show proof of purchase).
– Malfunctions or damages caused by the negligence of the buyer will not be covered by the warranty.
– The company reserves the right to change the details as appropriate to the situation, and the company’s decision is final.
***Please take a video while unpacking the product as evidence for potential product claims.
Video = Evidence. (clearly showing the condition of the box and product without interruption).
However, if there is no evidence, we kindly request your understanding that we cannot process the product claim.

• 申请退换货所需材料：

• 因买家个人疏忽导致的损坏或故障，不在保修范围内。
• 公司保留根据实际情况调整相关规定的权利，最终决定权归公司所有。
