Return & Exchange Policy

In case you receive an item that is not in good condition, you may return it within 5 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the merchandise must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to items in good condition, including but not limited to the following: discounted or sale items, gift cards, customized items, perishable products (e.g. magazines), intimate apparel, sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return.

All returned merchandise should be sent to: 24/130 Soi Raminthra 34 Yaek 14 Tharang Bangkhen 10230, Thailand.

We will cover all shipping costs for your returned item using registered Thailand post mail. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. For items of value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.Refunds and Exchanges
Upon receipt of your valid return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the returned item, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original payment method used for the purchase, a check, or another remedy we determine in good faith to be appropriate under the circumstances.

All sales are FINAL. No returns or exchanges are allowed. We personally inspect and ship each item to ensure it is free of defects. Please be confident in your purchase before placing an order. We are certain that you will not be disappointed with our products!

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges, or to impose different or additional conditions if you do not comply with any of the above requirements.
